Eligibility

• Students must be 15 years old.

• All registrants must possess a valid Identification (ID) to access Saudi Aramco Residential Camp and facilities:

• Employees Grade Code 11+ and Eligible Dependents

• Female employees Grade Code 3-10

• Contractors & SMPs

• Saudi Aramco Grade Code 11+ Retirees and Dependents

Registration

• A separate registration form is required for each registrant.

• A separate registration form is required for each course.

• In case your selected course is full, you will be placed on a waitlist. Education Outreach will notify and you will not be charged the registration fee. You will be contacted if space becomes available in your selected course.

• A registration receipt in the form of a PDF file will be sent to the employee’s email when the registration is accepted. The program is not responsible for incorrect or misdirected email.

• When the registration receipt is released, the registration is complete and becomes final.

• Student registrations are not deferred to later sessions.

• A class must meet a minimum of three registrants to run.

Course Fee Payments

• Aramco employees and their participating dependents will have course fees automatically deducted from payroll.

• Retirees and their dependents, Contractors, and SMPs must pay by bank card in person at the Education Outreach Office, BLDG 224 RM 145, within the first week of session.

Cancellations & Refunds

No cancellations or refunds will be processed when the registration is final with four exceptions:

• A course is cancelled by Education Outreach.

• A medical emergency occurs with documentation.

• A Saudi Aramco business assignment occurs with documentation.

• Special circumstances with approval of Education Outreach Coordinator.
