Uploaded Documents – Files you upload (e.g., PDF, DOCX, TXT) for AI processing.
Chat Queries – The text questions and prompts you enter when interacting with the AI chatbot.
Device & Log Data – Device model, OS version, crash reports, and anonymised event logs.
Usage Metadata – Non-identifiable data such as frequency of queries, response times, and feature interactions (collected only if analytics is enabled).
We do not collect phone calls, SMS/MMS, photos, or videos.
We do not store your uploaded documents permanently unless you explicitly save them in the App.
Core Functionality – Process uploaded documents and provide AI-generated responses to your queries.
App Maintenance & Improvement – Diagnose crashes, analyse performance, and enhance features.
Customer Support – Respond to your enquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Legal Obligations – Comply with applicable laws or valid legal requests.
Uploaded documents are processed locally on your device whenever possible.
If cloud AI services are used, documents are transmitted securely and not stored after processing.
User rules, preferences, and chat logs are stored in encrypted form (AES-256).
File Access / Document Picker – Allows you to upload files for AI processing.
Storage Access (optional) – Lets you save AI responses or processed outputs locally.
Internet Access – Required to connect to AI services for document analysis.
You can revoke any permission at any time in your device’s settings. Some features may stop working without the required permission.

Uploaded Documents – Stored temporarily for processing and deleted immediately unless you choose to save them.

Manage Permissions – Revoke any previously granted permission in device settings.
Analytics Opt-Out – Disable "Share usage data" in the App settings.
Data Deletion – Contact us to request deletion of any diagnostic logs you have submitted.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
We integrate select third-party SDKs (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, AI service providers) solely for diagnostics and AI processing. These providers act on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements and comply with relevant privacy legislation.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
