ICC will review submissions weekly on Wednesdays. To appear on the agenda, submit no later than the Sunday prior. Please note, it is recommended to submit an ICC Funding Request at least 1 month prior to your event as approved requests will still be beholden to due dates for Event Planning and Spending forms.

To request funding for your event, submit an official ICC Funding Request form with an included itemized budget.

Submit a Spending Form with an included itemized budget upon confirmation that your ICC Funding Request was approved. If your event does not require any spending, you may skip this step and proceed to the Event Planning Form.

Submit an Event Planning form in conjunction with a Spending Form. If your event does not require a budget, and you did not submit an ICC Funding Request Form, you may submit only the Event Planning Form. 

ICC and the Student Life Office will work to process your requests in accordance with the timeline and due dates provided. Should you have any questions or want to follow up with your request please do not hesitate to reach out. Remember, communication is key!
