Workshop on Research Publishing: "Publish or Perish"

SACTD successfully hosted the "Publish or Perish" workshop on 16th January 2025, focusing on the essentials of research publishing. The session was conducted by Prof. Lakshman Samaranayake, a distinguished academic with numerous honorary titles, including Professor and Dean Emeritus of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong, and King James IV Professor at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK. 

The workshop provided invaluable insights into academic publishing, benefitting teachers and teacher educators by equipping them with essential strategies for successful research dissemination. Participants gained a deeper understanding of the publishing process, enhancing their ability to contribute effectively to the academic and professional community. Through interactive discussions and expert guidance, attendees also had the opportunity to clarify their doubts and refine their research publication skills.

Inauguration of the Symposium on Educational Research in South Asia – SERSA 2024

SACTD proudly inaugurated the Symposium on Educational Research in South Asia - SERSA 2024  on  17th January 2025, bringing together educators, researchers, and academics to explore emerging trends in educational research. The event featured two distinguished keynote speakers:
