Program Information

Player Eligibility 

 Academics and athletics go hand in hand, this is why students who wish to participate must meet satisfactory academic and behavior standards. After registration, the Athletic Director will reach out to you if your student does not qualify based on your student's performance in the classroom. Scholastic grades and teacher evaluations will be reviewed as necessary and involvement may be limited for those students not performing to the best of their abilities in the classroom.

Fees

The fee for all sports is $50.  This can be paid by cash or check (SHPS). The sports fees are used to cover the costs of league fees, referees, field fees, upkeep of equipment and uniforms. NO REFUNDS will be given for registration fees. 

Attendance Policy (Middle School Only)

Except when excused due to illness or other legitimate reasons, attendance at practice sessions is a requirement for team membership. Students are responsible for communicating in advance (minimum of 2 days) to their coach if they are unable to attend a game or practice. Students who miss more than 3 (unexcused) practices and/or games, will be excused from the team, and will be suspended for one future sports season. Being part of a team here at Sacred Heart Parish School requires dedication and commitment. 


Volunteer Coaches

Volunteers are an essential part of our program. Our sports teams cannot exist without volunteer coaches. Being a volunteer coach is a fun and exciting way to give back to the kids. All volunteers must be cleared through our CMG process. The CMG process includes completing the CMG Safe Environment Curriculum, and the Background Check.
