This year in 8th grade, students will be expected to challenge themselves and expand their knowledge about a variety of language arts topics and skills. Students will read a variety of texts and be expected to make connections that can apply to the real world and the figurative one, creating a well-rounded understanding of how reading and writing impacts all subject areas.
