TypingClub is one of the most effective ways to learn how to type.

It is (and will always be) free for both individuals and schools.

Visit the Typing Club website and create a free account by clicking the "log in" button.

Click the "Sign in with Google" option
If prompted, enter your school Google Account information (same Step by Step as Doulingo)
Click "Start" to begin the lessons or "Continue" to continue where you left off

Complete the lessons.

Visit the Duolingo website and click "Get Started"

Choose the language you would like to learn from the list

Choose a realistic daily goal (5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes every day)

Choose "Continue with Google" and sign in with your Sachem Google Account - if not sure how, use the handout below

Programming is the ability to create things from pure imagination. Use Code Combat to experience the feeling of wizardly power by using typed code. Everyone should have the chance to learn the magic of programming. Get Started by:

Visit the Code Combat Website
Click the "I am a Student" button
Enter the Class Code: "RedStarLate"
Click the "Sign in with Google" button and follow the Google Sign in Procedure (same as Duolingo)
Choose an Avatar and click "Start Playing"
