Pre-admission of pupils/students for AY 2024-2025 is on-going (except for BS Nursing)

Please follow the Pre-admission procedure below.

Please see the Student Development and Welfare Office (SDWO) to apply for an Intake Examination. We accept walk in applicants. Please come before 8:00 AM and prepare PhP 100 - 200 pesos for the Testing Fee.
Secure a laboratory request form from SAC Clinic. Submit all the required medical results to MDSO. (MDSO Contact Number: 09264889761 look for Miss Andrea)
