At the intersection of strategic management and organizational psychology, my main research interests include managerial cognition, corporate entrepreneurship, and strategy process with a special focus on top and middle management teams. I also strive to advance quantitative research methods for more reliable scientific outcomes. My research has appeared in highly reputable academic outlets such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Strategic Organization, Journal of Business Ethics, and Organizational Research Methods.

I teach courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels, employing a wide range of teaching methods such as real-life cases, simulations, role-playing exercises, guest speakers, and debates. I have consistently high teaching assessments. I supervise master's and Ph.D. theses as well as post-doctoral projects.
I help organizations navigate through Strategic Renewal and Change.
I offer professional advice and guidance to organizations by adopting an evidence-based consulting approach. I opt for integrating my research and consultancy activities. Working with primary data (e.g., surveys, interviews, observations, experiments) and archival data (e.g., company reports, industry analyses, trends, databases), I employ multi-variate statistical techniques to derive business insights and offer actionable solutions.
