Lanith Team
Lanith recruited its original 18-member core teaching team in 2008. They spent the first half of 2009 training in Vientiane and then 12 of the team underwent an intensive work-study programme at the prestigious Lycée Technique Hôtelier – Alexis Heck in Diekirch, Luxembourg.
Two core team members continued their education in a professional cookery programme in Luxembourg, and one pursued a Master’s Degree in International Events at Ecole de Management de Normandie. Lanith enrolled the remaining 15 core team members in Singapore’s Temasek Polytechnic’s two-year Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Business.
On their return some members began to develop and implement the Passport to Success skills training programme with the aim of raising Laos’ service quality to international standards. Other core team members began implementing the four, two-year Lanith Diploma programmes with the vision of advancing service quality in Laos.
From then until the present day, all Lanith faculty and administration staff share the same vision which is to advance service quality in Laos.
