There are many ways that you can get breast cancer, and so many ways to prevent it. Here are a few ways you can prevent it.
Trying to reduce the amount of alcohol if not none.
If possible, stay in a manageable and healthy weight.
Having a healthy diet, with lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, and whole grains.
Exercise is another great way to keep healthy and help prevent breast cancer. You should try to get at leased 30 minutes of exercise every day. This will also help with maintaining a manageable weight.
