Birthday

It's your birthday and you've been invited to a party along with your best friend. You guys head out to the party and the house is packed there isn't much parking to park your car so you walk the rest of the way from where you parked your car. You head into the house and you and your best friend realize you have to use the bathroom. So your best friend goes upstairs and you downstairs. When you finish in the bathroom you come out to see nobody is there. All the doors are locked and the windows are completely shut and locked. You look up the stairs and see your best friend coming down them just as confused as you are.
