Framework for Reflection

In my e-portfolio, I will apply SWOT Analysis, a widely-known framework for strategic planning, to critically evaluate some of my core experiences.

The framework interprets events from both internal and external perspectives (GÜREL, 2017). So internally, I will analyze my own strengths and weaknesses revealed in the selected experience. And externally, I will figure out the opportunities and threats the experience brings to my personal development and understanding of the specific group.
