I am a Senior at Rock Canyon High School taking AP Research in order to spend a year studying something that truly interests me. My plan after graduation is to go to a 4-year college and acquire an internship at the FBI landing me a job when I graduate. I have always been interested in criminal science and psychology, however, to stand out, I plan to major in Psychology and minor in Chinese. My long-term goal is to join the BAU (Behavioral Analysis Unit), where profiles are created of serial killers. My interest in this field led me to this study of film and the comparison to real-life cases and how gender plays a role. I feel strongly about this topic and am very interested in furthering my knowledge about it.
