My name is Rushil Patel and I am a senior at Rock Canyon High School. I've always been a huge football fan, watching any game I could whenever one was on TV. While I mainly watch the NFL, I have rarely seen footage of the CFL (Canadian Football League). I have always noticed that injuries can set a team back, especially if the injury is on a star player. However, I have always wondered whether the CFL was somehow safer in terms of specific injuries compared to the NFL, because it is the same sport. I am excited to start the research process and begin extrapolating my data in order to see whether the NFL and CFL is safer for players to enter.
