Hi, I'm AJ.

I'm a senior at Rock Canyon High School. My interests include speech and debate, chess, and video games, and I hope to study finance in college. 

My interest in finance led me to explore people's spending patterns for my research project. I served on my city's youth commission for 3 years in high school, and this expierence allowed me to gain greater insight into how city budgets were made and processed, along with how the city gains most of its tax revenue, around 50%, from Park Meadows Mall. My research interests mainly stem from the intersectionality between finance and how people choose to spend their money and how that affects different public and private sectors.
