Hi! My name is Isabelle Lin, and I am a senior attending Rock Canyon High School. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to study the topics I love as a member of this year's AP Research Class!

I fell in love with biology and marine sciences at a young age. From binge-watching BBC documentaries to the summer beach trips in Taiwan, I knew I wanted to focus my education on the path of life sciences. I've furthered this passion through serving as a chapter officer of HOSA, participation in SNHS, and winning a Colorado Student Media Award for my news story on microplastics and their biological impacts. 

Outside of school, I have been playing piano since 1st grade. I also serve as Choir Council President of my choir and an Editor-in-Chief of my school's newspaper. I love traveling, drawing, cooking, and playing videogames late at night!
