About the Researcher

Hi! My name is Jasper Ruegge. I'm a senior at Rock Canyon High School, and I'm part of the AP Research class. This course lets us design and conduct our own independent research project. I settled on studying plant genetics because that's the field I want to go into. 

Outside of school, I enjoy gardening, playing violin, hanging out with my dogs, dyeing my hair, and listening to music.

My dogs, Teddy (left) and Riley (right). They're both standard poodles, and their favorite hobby is laying on the couch snuggled up with a blanket.
