Phase 2- Repair: We must make necessary repairs to ceiling and walls.
Phase 3- Remodel: We update the interior- walls, floors, restrooms.
Phase-4- Refurnish: We bring in necessary equipment, tables, chairs, etc...
Phase 5- Reopen: We begin our mission and fulfill our vision.

Having an outlet like boxing is great, but you can't take the gym with you everywhere. You have to be equipt with the mental tools to navigate confrontational situations in real time until you can get to that "outlet."

Knowing what to do matters. What also matters is knowing who you are, what triggers you, your personality and what personality types you clash with. The most important part of any contest is "Preparation" and part of that isn't just knowing your opposition, but knowing your own strengths, weaknesses and habits. By infusing sports talk, sports psychology and life lessons we have a unique way of coaching the concepts stated above as well in a manner more directly relatable and digestible to modern day youth and young adults. Sports is an excellent communication tool because they are so applicable to every day life and many of the same qualities that mean the difference between being a good, great, elite or Hall of Famer, are the same tools used to navigate your day to day affairs. The differnence between who excels and who gets left behind.
