1. Fix building corners precisely

2. Cut properly for townhouse

3. Draw missed multilayers for big buildings

4. Draw all buildings on all boundaries (only make sure parts inside boundaries are correct)

5. Don't cut for residential buildings;

6. Ignore all grouping issues!

Draw accurate categories needed in a map whether its a road, pavement, forest, etc.

Draw correct multilayers of buildings on left side image (drawing panel)

Match all layers to correct location on right side images (matching panel). 

Confirm the views when all layers matched.

if buildings are removed or shape changed on right side image, then mark them as "changed". No need to do matching for this view.

if right side images are white/black, or covered by clouds, then mark as "unclear". No need to do matching for this view.
