Materials Needed: 3 Rolls of Toilet Paper or plastic cups
Rules:
- You have 1 minute to see how many successful times you can move your T-paper 3 stack from one side of your high plank to the other
-The stack must be FULLY stacked up (pyramid shape) in order to get 1 point
- Call out your points out loud
- Fix your fumbles before continuing
- Stack the T-paper to the side of your body
- After you finish send the challenge on to a friend or family member :)
Make sure the camera is not straight on when you record, have it to the side or on a slight angle so we can see your whole body as well as what you are stacking!!

We have created a new method for submitting your weekly activity log, in hopes that it makes the process easier. You can find it to on the left side of the web page. This Google Form does not need to be printed out. Simply enter your details and click submit. Fill it out each week, the same way you would have before. Write which activities you decided to participate in & do not forget to write how long you did it for. Once you have submitted your first weekly log using this form, you will have to click "submit another response" to fill it out for the next week.
**You should be physically active at least 2-3 days each week**
