Today we had a very special guest, my daughter, Caitlin. She did not have any finals today, so I figured it would be a good time for her to see what it is like being a teacher. She had a great time with the kids! They are the first class to meet her and they enjoyed every minute of it. She had a great time and says she can see herself as a teacher someday.

It was so great to be back with the kids today! We ended the day with a fun science activity. Students rotated around the room to peek into boxes with animals hidden inside. The students lifted little flaps to allow light into the boxes which revealed the animal. Students took notes as they visited each box. We had a lot of fun and it was a great way to end the day.

Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to say hello and let everyone know that I am recovering nicely on my couch. My children are having a fun time playing with my crutches and laughing at me everytime I ask them to put my socks on for me. I heard all is going well at school and can't wait to bend my knee again and return to school!
Love,
Mrs. Wagner

I hope you all enjoyed the Earth Day concert. We had perfect weather. Your child is coming home with a sunflower seed planted in a biodegradable pot.
Here are directions of what to do next:
Place the on a small plate
Water the plant until damp
Place the pot in a sunny window
Water every time the soil feels dry
***TIP: Put a ziplock over the plant to help trap the humidity
When it grows to the size of your hand, plant entire pot into the soil.
***TIP: it will grow up to 10 ft tall, so think carefully about where you plant it!
Happy growing!

I hope everyone had a great week off.
I spent a lot of time with my entire family. We celebrated Matthew's 13th birthday. I now officially have two teenagers in my house.
Looking forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday!
