Students in this class get introduced to the exciting world of Marketing and Sales. The first 9 weeks focus on Sales including steps of a sale, buying and selling process, effective sales techniques. We conclude the quarter with a Business to Business sales projects.
The remainder of the semester is focused on Marketing. We cover each of the 4 P's of Marketing (Product, Place, Price and Promotion). For the final project, students create a product that is not currently available and go through each of the 4 P's including creating a mock-up of the product and a detailed marketing plan bringing their idea to life (Think Shark Tank meets RWHS).
