Prof. Rashmi Uppin is presently an Assistant Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering , R V Institute of Technology and Management. She holds a degree of BE and M.Tech from VTU. She is pursuing her Ph D from Amrita University in Healthcare sector in Deep Learning Domain. 

She has 5 years of Teaching experience and also has an experience in Startup ecosystem in the area of Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning and Data science. 

She has published 7 research papers in Healthcare domain in many Scopus indexed journals. Her area of interest is Deep learning.
