Research work:
Instrument and experiments design: TL emission (3D data), Ion beam scattering for low fluence, fluorescence spectrometer, PL, IL, DRS, UV-VIS-NIR, and controlled microwave oven.
Research interests: Swift Heavy Ion interaction with matter, synthesis, and tailoring of nanocomposites, wide band gap semiconducting materials, and defects in insulators, spectroscopy, 2D chalcogenides, photocatalytic, bio-sensors, ion beam dosimeters, optical and electronic properties.
