Here is the audition information for Seussical! Please read all of this CAREFULLY!
Below is audition material for the show. All roles will be cast from these auditions, not just the named parts in the audition sides. There are MANY parts in the show.
If you want to try for any solo singing or speaking role in the show, please be prepared to sing and read for one of these 5 parts. All parts are open to all actors. You can sing all songs in your own octave. Low or high, wherever you feel more comfortable. Practice with the guide vocal to learn the part and then practice without the guide vocal. You will audition for us without the guide vocal.
If you do not want to try for a solo singing or speaking role, then you do not have to prepare one of these parts, please just come to auditions, say hello, tell us about yourself and sing "Happy Birthday" if you want to. You will be a member of the ensemble and have a great experience!
