JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT
JA has opened our annual college scholarship and employment-readiness grant application process, and we need your help getting the word out!
Unlike traditional scholarships that reward those with the highest academic and extracurricular achievement, we are looking to award monies to those who have been impacted by JA’s financial literacy, career readiness and/or entrepreneurship programs regardless of their post-graduate plans. We are looking for applications from students with a 2.5 G.P.A. or higher who will be:
· Attending a 4-year accredited college
· Attending a 2- year accredited college
· Attending a trade school
· Enrolling in an apprenticeship program
· Entering a full-time employment opportunity that comes with job-related start-up expenses (like uniforms, equipment, tools, etc.)
We aim to help inspire and prepare young people to succeed in our economy and recognize that success looks different to everyone. Please think beyond traditional college applicants when deciding who to share this opportunity with.
The application can be accessed at this link and is due by Friday, February 24th.
The full url for the scholarship webpage is listed out here if you need to easily copy and paste: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3XX2MVV
