Hello Families! I am so excited to be returning to Rutland this year to teach 1st and 2nd grade ELA! It's going to be an amazing year filled with fun and lots of learning!

A little bit about me:

• I grew up in Pennsylvania with my parents, two sisters, and brother.

• I graduated college from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania with my degree in Early Childhood Education.

• After graduating college I moved to New Bern, North Carolina (40 miles from the coast) where I taught 3rd grade for 5 years.

• I moved to Sandwich, Illinois, where I now live with my husband!

• I have a cat (Marvin) and a dog (Max) and they are the best of friends.

• I love being outside and spending time at the lake.
