Do Your Coffee Justice

For the best tasting coffee use cold filtered water. If you don't like the taste of your tap water don't use it. Use a tablespoon of ground coffee for every 6-8oz of water. Heat the water to 195-205 F. Grind your coffee just before brewing. Adjust the amount based on your taste and brew method. For drip and pour over brewing, rinse your paper filter beforehand; swell and bloom your coffee before it's immersed and filtering.
