Often students experience emotions or feelings such as anxiety, and stress, or they may simply feel overwhelmed. In order to help students deal with some of their emotions, I have created a Virtual Toolbox for students to use to assist with their coping needs.
Inside this toolbox are tools and strategies for students and their families to use to help manage emotions and feelings.
