Educational & Professional Foundation

Thomas’s journey began in Austin, Texas, where he graduated from Westlake High School. Blending a strong analytical mindset with practical business acumen, he went on to earn an Associate Degree in Management, establishing a solid foundation in organizational leadership, team building, and strategic planning.

Recognizing the value of deep technical expertise, Thomas paired his business background with rigorous hands-on training through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). His dedication to mastering the trade culminated in achieving his Master's credential in 2013, a milestone that solidifies his comprehensive understanding of complex infrastructure and regulatory standards.

The company operates with a highly focused leadership structure designed to maximize regional impact: while Thomas dynamically drives the growth and development of the core Texas brands, his brother, Robert Russell, serves as President managing the firm's landmark Manhattan operations.
