RUSD Summer School 2024

Hello 9th, 10th, & 11th grade students/parents,

Attached below is the RUSD Summer School 2024 Application.

There are 2 general categories for requesting a summer school class through RUSD.  

1.)  For students who received a D or F in an academic subject area listed below and need to repeat the class.  The attached form lists the classes that will be offered. 

1. English Language Arts

2. Mathematics

3. History/Social Science

4. Science

5. Foreign Language/World Language

2.)  For any current high school student who would like to take:

1. PE or,

2. Drawing & Painting

Only 2 sessions of summer school will be offered.

2024 - Summer School Sessions - Current 9th, 10th & 11th Graders

• Session 1: June 5 - June 18  (only 1st semester courses offered)          

• Session 2: June 20 - July 3 (only 2nd semester courses offered)           

• (No School on June 19th for Juneteenth)

Student Athletes who are applying for NCAA Eligibility should NOT participate in

• Online classes at the Riverside Virtual School, or  the Hybrid classes at Educational Options Center
