President
I have three students in RUSD, all at IB schools, because we love the IB program! I'm excited to be working with you as the PTSA President, and I am hoping we can help bridge communication between our school and our families.
Rebecca Madsen
Vice President
I am a 6th grade teacher at Starbuck IB. I'm excited to work with families and to be apart of the Starbuck community.
Brett McQuade
Vice President
I'm a 7th grade Special Education teacher. I am looking forward to building a positive relationship between the staff and families in our school.
Angela Seifert

I currently have 3 students in RUSD, a 7th grader at Starbuck and 3rd and 5th graders at Jefferson Lighthouse Elementary (and will have a 4K student next fall as well!). I am thankful for the opportunity to work with the PTSA and I am hoping to help support a school community that can encourage student success.

I have a 7th grader at Starbuck Middle. I joined the PTSA because I would like to create opportunities to bring teachers, staff, students and their families together. I believe that by working together, supporting our school, we can help our students succeed.
