(Step 1 Presentation) -International food truck - Story of a recipe

IB Unit Project

Objective: Students will be able to evaluate the cultural and historical origins of a recipe, as well as the geographical origins of the ingredients involved.

For the Individuals and Societies aspect of this project you will be exploring the indigenous origins of each of the ingredients in your recipe. Then analyzing the historical and cultural origins of your recipe and its ingredients. Finally, you will use your research to create a visual presentation for a popular food website that is doing a feature for the holidays called, "The Story of a Recipe."
