We are working to develop classes that focus on pathways to home ownership such as “Building Better Credit,” “How to Plan for a Down Payment,” and “Budget Planning and Balancing,” to name a few.
We are also planning a “Home-a-Rama” event that would offer potential home buyers a place to gather information on financing, development, design, construction, contractors, realtors, ordinances, codes and regulations, even landscaping, gardening and curb appeal ideas.
