1.Provide sanctioned letter of any 10 students benefitted by schemes for 2017-18 , 2018-19,2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22. 

2.Year-wise list of students in each scheme to be attested by the competent authority. 

3. Upload policy document of the HEI for award of Non government scholarship and freeships.
