Objectives of Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension
To develop a sense of responsibility towards society among students
To deepen the students’ knowledge through a wider exposure to real life situations through a variety of programmes
To prepare students for a greater social commitment
To enhance students’ employability skills
To cater to the needs of the unreached
To connect with Governmental and non-Governmental agencies, international organizations as well as industries
To sensitize the students to socio-cultural realities, our DLLE unit offers, Vocational Career Oriented Projects and Community Oriented Projects.

When students complete the project, many of the skills such as time management, self-confidence, communication skills, interpersonal relations, leadership qualities, practical experience, work Experience certificate etc. are developed and enhanced.
We have organized activities such as RUPEX exhibition for APY students, poster making competitions, poster exhibition, street plays, seminar and talk by guest speakers.
Our students participate in UDAAN festival conducted by University of Mumbai every year and bagged some prizes for the street plays and poster making competitions.
