Locate the teacher you wish to conference with in the appropriate school building column. Click the button with the teacher's name on it. Fill out the Google Form. Please include your full name, your student's full name and an email address.
Once you submit your date and time you will get an email confirming the booked conference. PLEASE check the email to confirm your conference date and time. If you receive an email without a time under your chosen date, you have not successfully booked your conference. See the image below for reference.
