John Holland's Theory of Vocational Types
Holland believed that an individual's personality has a very close relationship with vocational interest. The compatibility of personality types (realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising, conventional) with work environments are able to determine job satisfaction, stability, and performance (Ayriza et al., 2020). Several of the assessments listed above can help you determine which personality type suits you the best and it can match you with relevant careers to explore.
