About me

I am a fourth and final year PhD student at the department of Economics, Econometrics, and Finance at the University of Groningen (RuG), the Netherlands. I visited the European University Institute for 3 months at the start of 2025.

I am interested in labor and health economics, both theoretically and empirically. My PhD project focuses on optimal disability insurance, with an emphasis on the role that employers can play in retaining workers.
