Sign into Google in RTM
Double-check that you have the correct email address.
Some students have a number in the address.

Parents can find their student's email address in Home Access Center (HAC)

Follow the red arrows to find the email address
Passwords are "Rtm-ID Number"
"ID number" is the same as a student's "lunch code"
Password = Capital "R" + lowercase "tm" + "hyphen" + ID Number
no spaces
