March Book Madness 2026

In 2015, Tony Keefer and Scott Jones, two teachers from Central Ohio, shared their idea of having a bracket-style tournament of book with the world. Thus, March Book Madness was born.

In that same year, Miss Pinsley, a fifth grade teacher from Glenwood, shared their idea with Mr. G, Glenwood's teacher librarian, and Glenwood's March Book Madness was born. Originally, Glenwood used the same books as the main March Book Madness group. But in 2021, we started choosing our own books while following the original format.

Starting with 16 books, students will vote on pairs of books, allowing one book to advance to the next round of voting. This continues until we crown a Glenwood's March Book Madness Champion.
