4/14/2020--Boy have they grown big! Oh, guess what? When we had the power outage, I had to sleep with them to keep them warm! Talk about uncomfortable!

Today I had so many eggs that I steamed some.

Then I had to let them cool. So I took them out, cracked them and put them in cold water.

I made a frittata, which is an egg dish. It was a Mexican Frittata that I put beans, corn, tomatoes, onions and seasoning in along with the eggs. Watch me prepare it and the picture is of the finished product!
