Social Skills is an umbrella term that includes how someone uses rules and skills to socialize in different settings. Pragmatic Language is a term that discusses how well someone understands different rules in regards to socialization.

Sometimes it's difficult to name all of our emotions. Our communication is greatly impacted by our emotions, so naming them is very important. One story that helps label our emotions is called "A Little Scribble Spot". There are several books within this series to discuss how to help your body when you are feeling these different emotions.
