Gelatin Prints

These prints were made by using a block of Gelatin and placing random textured items on the block. The block is covered in ink so that the textures can be transfered onto paper. The end products ends up looking somewhat like a photo. After we had finished printing however many we wanted, we than chose to go further with one/two of our favorite prints. I wasn't sure what to do with mine, so I ended up just drawing two guys. For my second enhanced print, I chose to draw a pile of snakes.

Overall, I think this was fun and playful. I think if I was trying to make a print look like my own art( without drawing on the print) it would be really hard, because everyone's looked really similar. I could tell which one where mine, but if a random person saw all of them, and tried to make out which ones were mine, I think it would be really hard.
