I am thrilled to join the DCS community this school year. Over the past 17 years, I have enjoyed my time as an elementary classroom teacher. I graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in Elementary Education in 2006. In 2010, I received my master's degree in Literacy Education from the University of Maine. 

Literacy has always been my passion in education. In my mind, the best part of the day always involves reading, whether it is reading aloud, reading with, or listening to a child read. I look forward to collaborating and creating with the children,  staff, and families of Durham.
