Stepping up to the High School

In preparation for the 8th grade transition to the high school, students will have the opportunity to participate in their own course registration. In the late winter/early spring, all 8th graders will meet with the high school counselors to review the process. Teachers will make course recommendations for each student in infinite campus and students will choose their own electives. Parents and guardians will be able to discuss course recommendations with 8th grade teachers during parent/teacher conferences.

On June 7, 2023 Marshwood High School will welcome the 8th Grade! Students will be able to follow an abbreviated version of their actual 23-24 9th-grade schedule.
