Marshwood High School recognizes the educational value of connecting students with their community through volunteering their service. Fifty (50) hours of community service is a graduation requirement for all students. Upon the completion of a community service project, students must complete the MHS Community Service Log, which must be signed by the project supervisor, parent, and school counselor.
All community service must be completed by the last senior school day in order to graduate. Setting a goal of completing 10 to 15 hours each year of high school will help to set you up for achieving this requirement in no time! This website contains local opportunities for students to complete their community service, and will be updated when new opportunities become available. Students can get a paper copy of the community service form in D207 (School Counseling Hub), or click below for a digital copy!
