The council executed a number of teacher appreciation efforts, including a breakfast hosted by the council just before February break.

President Andrew Moreira guided the council through the planning and execution of a very successful gold tournament to raise money for a council-selected charity. The council chose Sarah's House of Maine as the beneficiary of the efforts in honor of teachers Stan Peterson and Rachel Peterson - both involved heavily with Sarah's House.

With Eddie Gonnella serving on the Maine Association of Student Council's board as Eastern Region President, our council was responsible for planning and executing the Eastern Region Conference. Our keynote speaker was Mark Graffam and in his honor, this council purchased a new school mascot costume.
