If you would like to reserve your centerpiece, please fill out this form and submit it. If you submitted a reservation, in order to receive your centerpiece, you have to go to the Maine Sampler on December 15, 2023, It will open at 8:30, go to the Evergreen Christmas stand, tell us your first and last name, and pay. We will have your centerpiece reserved with your name on it waiting for you. If you don't get it before 10:00, it will be sold.
